How do I get a barcode in Hong Kong?

- A Guarantee Certificate certifying that you are the unique owner of the barcode number

These will be emailed through to you with the documents/ images as attached files. You can then pick whichever image format works best and incorporate it into your product packaging.

1. Registration
FREE registration when you buy barcodes from us. If you got your barcodes elsewhere you can still use our registration service. This is an optional additional service we offer. Registration increases your product profile on the internet. Your product information appears when your barcode is scanned by cell phone app scanners. It will also show on a google search.
2. ITF-14 Carton Codes
These are for the outer cartons for use on wholesale cartons of multiple product. i.e. a box of 100 footballs. The footballs are being sold individually. These are required by some retailers. Not all retailers require carton codes. Carton codes can be ordered at a later stage if required.
3. Verification
This is a test scan of your barcode to ensure that it scans well. Some retailers require this. Please see ‘barcode acceptance‘ to see whether you will require this or not.
4. ISBN or ISSN Images
Order your ISBN barcodes for books and ISSN barcodes for magazines in minutes. Add to your book or magazine cover design and set to print.
5. QR Codes
Many people like to have these link to their websites so that people can scan them with a smart phone and automatically link to their website.
6. Code 128 or Code 39 Barcodes
